Ready for it

As I woke on Saturday morning I could hear wind howling around the house and rain beating against the window. Not again, I thought. Perfect morning for a run! my boyfriend said. Brexit means?

I hardly know what to say after watching the news from Parliament - Brexit is a total mess. Once it doesn’t interfere with my half-marathon next week I don’t care for now. My biggest concern about the whole thing was my race number getting lost in the post but the Brits organised that part ok and my number came yesterday so I am definitely going now! A tough run

Yesterday was a tough run for a few reasons. Firstly it came after 12 days of work in a row with late nights pretty much every night. So that meant no mid-week running, and no running for a week. I also did not realise I was going to be running in a gale. The remains of the day

Today was a recovery from work run. I work in an office so it’s not as if I was doing manual labour, but quarter-end is always busy so it’s been a straight week of work and have to go back and do it tomorrow again.
