A good day
First time out in two weeks today, but I need to get back on track. Half marathon in March and I signed up to run 100 miles in February to raise money for the Mater Hospital, where my Dad was a patient for many years, and where he died.
His consultant set up a fund in his name for oncology nurse education, so I am running to raise money for that. That will keep me on the straight and narrow! In truth I need to have something to do and this challenge will benefit other people as well.
It was a beautiful cold afternoon and perfect for running. It was great to get out in daylight and see the amazing sun as it prepared to set. All good.
Let us know if we support you in some way too. I don’t think if I ever run 100 miles in a month! Good Luck
Thanks Antin! I will share a link when I start. I’m sure you have run 100 miles in a month, with all the training you did last year!! It means running 5 days a week under my current plan, long on Saturday and short the other days. Should be ok.
