Win win

I am determined to keep my fitness up till marathon training starts (everything going to plan that is), and want to make my Saturday runs 6 miles. Back in the swing of things

Almost 3 weeks and I haven’t run a step between recovery and other things, so I wanted to get out tonight. It was fine and dry and not too cold - our weather has been coming down from Scandinavia lately and it’s been freezing, but tonight was just nice for running. I really wanted to get back in the swing of things. So I did 2 very easy miles around the block and enjoyed it. My legs still work and everything felt fine. London Landmarks Half Marathon 24 March 2019

It’s been almost two weeks now since the London Landmarks Half Marathon and I have been busy with an assignment so I haven’t had a chance to write up my report. Ready for it

As I woke on Saturday morning I could hear wind howling around the house and rain beating against the window. Not again, I thought. Perfect morning for a run! my boyfriend said.
