Mission accomplished

I didn’t necessarily feel like going out tonight but I realised that I needed to. I had a frustrating day at work and I needed to sort out my head. Even though I was late home I changed my clothes and left the house. As soon as I got out of the door I knew I made the right decision as there was a beautiful big moon rising in the sky. Are you ok?

I always feel nervous on a Saturday morning when I am doing a long run. For me at this stage, long counts as over 6 or 7 miles. 9 miles was on the agenda for yesterday so I was awake around 8am. Not super early as I needed a bit of a rest. Breakfast and coffee and I was out the door at 10am which is late for a lot of people! Happy Valentine

I really wasn’t that keen to go out tonight. Work has been busy which meant working late all week. I am starting a diploma which will take 6 months study. It’s Valentine’s day. But the half marathon is first on the agenda so I didn’t want to miss a run tonight. I left work on time and forced myself out the door when I got home. Sunset run

I had a day off work today following the birthday celebrations. Spent most of the day doing housework but there you go. We went to the supermarket and on the way back I noticed how lovely the light was and that it was still bright at 5pm. I wasn't even going to run today, but it was so nice I had to get out.
