Not enough
No running at all last week, mainly due to work. It was our quarterly reporting time and it’s always busy. I had to work on Saturday and had great intentions of going out on Sunday morning but wine and study commitments intervened.
I left work an hour early this evening, taking back some of the time I worked last week, and went out into lovely weather. I found it quite tough to be honest; I was running in direct sunlight for the first mile and that’s never a good idea for me. I found some shade and there was a cool wind, but I was still like a tomato by the time I got home.
I’m hoping it was just general tiredness that made it feel tough. I need to get the mileage back up, so will try my best to get out a few times this week. I also seemed to have changed the settings on my watch, but I did 3.1 miles in total. Not enough.
don’t give up. just keep running like 10-15 mins when you can.
I know, things just so busy now it’s hard to fit it all in!
3.1 miles is 3.1 miles more than no miles 🙂
