Seven days of running – day 1.
To deal with the Christmas excess and to set my intention for the New Year, I created a little challenge for myself: go running every day this week, before I go back to work proper next Monday. I got a few runs in last week, but now that the Christmas obligations are pretty much over, I am going to run at least 3 miles every day.
Got off to a good start today, 3.5 miles around the block and felt all the better for it.
