Stressed out
A quick two miles yesterday evening. I was away last week and did a lot of walking so my body is a bit stiff and sore but I ran around the block. I am feeling a bit stressed about an exam I have next month, that I need to study for, but it’s hard to study and run on the same evening. Plus marathon training starts this weekend! So I don’t know if I’m coming or going, between one thing and another.
Run’s a run!
I know. Am actually thinking about getting up early in the morning and going out before work.
How long is your study? Is next month the end after the final?
Exam 19 July and that’s it. Just a lot to do at the same time!!
I personally like the morning runs — I don’t think I have the stamina in the afternoons (when it’s hot out). You got this!
It’s more time pressure at the moment – I think I am stressing unnecessarily though. Plenty of time over the summer to run!
True, it’s simply prioritising… and hoping hindsight doesn’t show you you did it wrong! 🙂 I’m sure you’re more prepared (probably for both) than you think you are.
