Between one thing and another I haven’t done a whole lot of running lately. I was hoping I would be able to run 10k last Saturday morning and somewhat to my surprise I was! I really enjoyed it, despite the freezing temperatures. It was only about 3 Celsius with a freezing wind, so I was concerned about standing around in the cold beforehand.
