I am determined to keep my fitness up till marathon training starts (everything going to plan that is), and want to make my Saturday runs 6 miles. I wanted to do 4 miles yesterday, to work my way back up to 6, and would have if the gale force winds hadn’t come back. I drove down to my parents’ house, left the car and headed down to the canal.
